プロフィール

1980年日立電子(株)(現、国際電気)に入社。前半の22年で基板・実装の基礎を習得。即ち、プリント基板の社内規格作成、新要素技術導入、国内外基板調達、基板メーカ認定、内作基板工場の構築と運営及び実装ラインを管掌。2002年に独立し、(有)実装彩科を設立。その後、以下の業務実績に示す広い範囲で様々なお客様を支援。
日立電子時代、信頼性に関してまだ満足な評価設備がない時代から独自の考えを適用した公共高信頼性製品、放送基地局、車載製品等が製品寿命を全うしたのでその考え方に自信を持っており後継者に伝えている。

Active in the industry for 46 years, he is proficient in both printed wiring board (PWB) and assembly technologies. He shares practical insights that go beyond textbooks, drawn from extensive field experience.
Specializing in overseas PWB procurement—especially in China and Thailand etc.—he tailors support to each client’s needs.

Profile

He joined Hitachi Denshi (now Kokusai Electric) in 1980. Over the first 22 years of his career, he mastered the fundamentals of substrates and mounting. His responsibilities included:
• Creating in-house standards for printed circuit boards
• Introducing new elemental technologies
• Procuring substrates domestically and internationally
• Certifying substrate manufacturers

Establishing and operating in-house PWB lines and mounting lines

in 2002, he became independent and founded JissoSAIKA Co., Ltd. Since then, he has supported a wide range of clients in the areas outlined in the business achievements below.
During his tenure at Hitachi Denshi, he applied his unique ideas to public high-reliability products, broadcasting base stations, and in-vehicle products. Even in the absence of sufficient evaluation facilities for reliability testing, he confidently developed innovative approaches and passed these methods on to his successors.
