Active in the industry for 46 years, he is proficient in both printed wiring board (PWB) and assembly technologies. He shares practical insights that go beyond textbooks, drawn from extensive field experience.

Profile

He joined Hitachi Denshi (now Kokusai Electric) in 1980. Over the first 22 years of his career, he mastered the fundamentals of substrates and mounting. His responsibilities included:
• Creating in-house standards for printed circuit boards
• Introducing new elemental technologies
• Procuring substrates domestically and internationally
• Certifying substrate manufacturers

Establishing and operating in-house PWB lines and mounting lines

in 2002, he became independent and founded JissoSAIKA Co., Ltd. Since then, he has supported a wide range of clients in the areas outlined in the business achievements below.
During his tenure at Hitachi Denshi, he applied his unique ideas to public high-reliability products, broadcasting base stations, and in-vehicle products. Even in the absence of sufficient evaluation facilities for reliability testing, he confidently developed innovative approaches and passed these methods on to his successors.
